SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Reines Equestrian's warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Australia, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST). Please note, our warehouse is closed on weekends and Australian public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next business day.

All shipments Internationally are temporarily paused. 

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product contact the Reines Equestrian customer service team - info@reinesequestrian.com  and they will provide you with the information to return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

TRACKING

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at info@reinesequestrian.com and our customer care team will be happy to assist. 

 

PROCESSING TIMES

For domestic orders placed before 2PM AEST and for international orders placed before 1PM AEST, where your item is in stock, we endeavour to have these processed and shipped within the same business day.

 

CHANGING/ CANCELLING AN ORDER

We are unable to make changes to your order once it is placed. If you need to update your address, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
