RETURNS
Reines Equestrian is proud to offer a great return policy. We are excited if you are new here & just trying to figure out your size. Thankfully our sizing is very true to size and consistent so once you know your sizing it’s easy to place all your future orders. However, if you do need to make a return for any reason – size, style, change of mind we can help you with that.
Reines Equestrian offers returns for up to 30 days after purchase. We offer an exchange, a refund or store credit as outlined below:
REFUNDS: Refunds are offered only in limited circumstances and can be requested within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, the garment/s must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. Refunds will only be approved if the item does not fit despite purchasing our largest available size, or if the item is faulty or not as described. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference in fit or style. If the garment is returned with any marks or scent from tan, deodorant, make-up etc, we will contact you with photos and arrange the next step.
EXCHANGE: Following the refund conditions above, we can exchange your garment/s for a different size or style of the same value. Please email our team to discuss your return so we can put your new desired items aside. These will be held for 14 days before returning to stock, therefore please make sure your return is on its way quickly after arranging.
SALE ITEMS: All clearance transactions are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, exchange, or credit for clearance merchandise.
STORE CREDIT: We offer the option of a Reines Equestrian Gift Card to the value of your purchase. These options are available for all merchandise within 14 days of the order date. You are also welcome to exchange for any style/colour/size to equal or greater value as original spend (if the item is of greater value, we will contact you to arrange payment for the difference). Please note we cannot issue refunds or credit notes for remaining value if exchanged item is of a lower price.
RETURN SHIPPING: The return shipping is to be covered by the customer and they are to include a paid shipping satchel in their return for us to use to send back your exchange.
REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@reinesequestrian.com .
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@reinesequestrian.com. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
